1. Monthly subscriptions
Paid ProjectDCA plans renew monthly unless otherwise stated at checkout. Access is delivered digitally through the Telegram bot after payment is confirmed.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through Stripe billing management or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
3. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable after access has been activated. Refunds may be considered where required by law or for duplicate or incorrect charges.
Market losses, blockchain outcomes, unused access, incorrect user settings, losing Telegram access or changing your mind after activation do not normally qualify for a refund.
4. Cryptocurrency payments
Blockchain payments are irreversible. Sending the wrong network, token, amount or destination may permanently lose funds and may not be recoverable.
5. Billing support
For duplicate or incorrect charge review, contact official Telegram support with your Telegram username, plan, payment date and receipt or transaction reference. Never send card details, private keys or seed phrases.
