ProjectDCA collects only the information reasonably required to operate accounts, wallets, subscriptions, payments, support and platform security.

1. Privacy overview

This Privacy Policy applies to the ProjectDCA website, Telegram bot, subscription services, support channels and related software.

By using ProjectDCA, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in this policy.

2. Information we may collect

ProjectDCA may collect the following categories of information:

  • Telegram user ID.
  • Telegram username.
  • Telegram first name.
  • Telegram chat ID.
  • Subscription plan and account status.
  • Payment method type.
  • Subscription expiry information.

3. Wallet and private-key information

ProjectDCA may create or import blockchain wallets at the user’s request.

Where wallet private keys are stored by ProjectDCA, they are intended to be encrypted before being saved in the service database.

Private keys may need to be decrypted temporarily by the application in order to sign transactions requested through the service.

Users are responsible for protecting any private key displayed to them and must never share private keys or seed phrases through public Telegram channels or support messages.

ProjectDCA wallets should not be used as primary wallets or long-term storage.

4. Payment information

Stripe payments

Stripe processes card and other supported payment methods used for recurring subscriptions.

ProjectDCA does not directly receive or store complete payment-card numbers, security codes or full banking credentials.

ProjectDCA may receive limited payment-related information from Stripe, including:

  • Payment status.
  • Subscription status.
  • Selected product or plan.
  • Stripe customer or subscription identifiers.
  • Payment timestamps.
  • Billing events such as cancellation or pause.

Cryptocurrency payments

Cryptocurrency payments occur on public blockchain networks. Transaction details, wallet addresses, transferred amounts and timestamps may be publicly visible.

ProjectDCA may monitor public blockchain activity to confirm payment and activate time-limited account access.

5. How information is used

ProjectDCA may use information to:

  • Create and maintain user accounts.
  • Create and manage DCA bots and wallets.
  • Store strategy settings.
  • Run requested blockchain transactions.
  • Provide subscription access.
  • Enforce plan limits.
  • Confirm Stripe and cryptocurrency payments.
  • Process cancellations and expiry events.
  • Send important account or subscription messages.
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Detect abuse, fraud or unauthorized activity.
  • Diagnose errors and improve reliability.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

6. How information may be shared

ProjectDCA may use third-party service providers to operate the platform.

These may include:

  • Telegram for messaging and bot access.
  • Stripe for subscription billing.
  • Railway or other hosting providers.
  • Database providers.
  • RPC providers.
  • Blockchain networks and smart contracts.
  • Public block explorers.
  • Market-data or price-information providers.

Information may be shared with these providers only where reasonably necessary to operate, secure or support the service.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, court order, regulatory request or where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, theft, security threats or harm.

ProjectDCA does not sell personal information as a standalone commercial product.

7. Security practices

ProjectDCA may use safeguards such as encryption, access controls, environment variables, HTTPS, restricted database access and operational monitoring.

No system, wallet, database, messaging platform or blockchain application can be guaranteed completely secure.

Users are responsible for protecting:

  • Their Telegram account.
  • Their devices.
  • Private keys and seed phrases.
  • Connected wallets.
  • Withdrawal addresses.
  • Account access credentials.

8. Information retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate the user’s account.
  • Provide active subscriptions.
  • Maintain transaction or support records.
  • Prevent fraud or security abuse.
  • Resolve billing disputes.
  • Meet tax, accounting or legal obligations.
  • Maintain service integrity and backups.

Some information may remain in backups or records for a reasonable period after an account is no longer active.

Users may stop using ProjectDCA at any time.

Users may request assistance concerning account information through the official ProjectDCA support channel.

Depending on the request and applicable law, ProjectDCA may ask for reasonable verification before changing or disclosing account information.
